NASA’s Version Of Netflix Launching Soon (NASA+)
NASA Plus will launch later in 2023 and will be free
What comes to mind whenever you hear of NASA? A big cloud of exhaust with George Diller commentary in the background during a rocket launch? Or images of a desolate Mars in the backdrop of a Mars Rover? 🚀
Whichever comes to mind, NASA has pulled a different surprise this time around.
Synonymous for rockets and space voyages, NASA has announced another launch, not a rocket this time, but a streaming service. To revamp its main website, a beta version is available. It includes, among others, NASA+’s page.
What is NASA+
NASA+ is an on-demand streaming service with a wide variety of content offered by the space agency.
The streaming service will bring footage of rocket launches and trips to your screens. Expect thrilling fun-filled voyages, original series, and a dose of adrenaline-laced adventures to entertain you and your family. PS: all the content is GE rated 😉.
Coming soon: our new ad-free, no cost, family-friendly streaming service unlocks our Emmy award-winning live coverage, embeds you into our missions through new original video series and puts the universe at your fingertips.
Currently, NASA TV is the home of NASA’s video content through its site and YouTube channel.
Where Will You Find NASA+
Apart from the new website, the service will also be available for FREE on ROKU, Chromecast, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, etc.
The mobile apps (iOS and Android) will also be updated to include NASA Plus.
Conclusion
If you love watching rocket launches, space-related content, are an astronomy enthusiast or need a break from non-family-friendly content on Netflix, Max, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus, and all other Plus apps, NASA Plus will soon have you covered.
